eSIMs enable you to access a local mobile network while traveling, similar to a conventional SIM card, but with some distinct advantages. Instead of having to insert a physical SIM card, you can simply scan a Roaming eSIM data QR code to activate your eSIM. Once activated, it functions just like a traditional SIM card, allowing you to surf the internet or make calls through your provider's network. Unlike regular SIM cards, eSIMs offer the flexibility to have multiple numbers and use various service providers.

eSIM technology is gaining popularity, but not all devices currently have the capability to support eSIMs. To determine if your device is compatible with eSIM, you can perform a compatibility check.

After your payment is processed, we'll send your Roaming eSIM to the email address you provided during the purchase, eliminating the need to wait for a physical SIM card to arrive by mail.

Yes, you will keep your WhatsApp number along with all your chats and contacts, and you can continue using it as usual.

The days begin counting when you activate data roaming on your phone. So, the plan's duration starts counting down when you activate the eSIM, not when you install it.

Your eSIM can be activated on a single device one time only. If you remove the eSIM from your device, it cannot be used again. The QR code cannot be scanned on two devices simultaneously. Nevertheless, you can share data with another device by creating a mobile hotspot from your cellphone.

Data sharing is available only for select eSIMs. For instance, many Unlimited Data eSIMs do not offer the option to share data with other devices. To confirm if the eSIM supports tethering or not, please refer to the product page information.

Your roaming eSIM allows you to connect at 4G, LTE, and 5G speeds just like a local data line. Please note that in areas with limited coverage, your mobile device may connect at lower speeds.
